keeping healthy

i like doing my best to stay healthy.

part of staying healthy is eating healthy food and getting exercise.

as the weather gets warmer i can get more exercise outdoors.

one way i can get exercise is doing sit-ups before dinner.

another way i can get exercise is doing crunches before dessert.

it's fun to exercise with others. one way i can get exercise with others is participating in a 5k run.
