Planet Fitness Routine
There are many benefits to staying active. Going to the gym helps my body stay healthy. I need to make sure I stay hydrated by drinking more water.
I am lucky that I get to workout at planet fitness 2 days a week.
My favorite ways to stay active are using the Treadmill and Waist Twister. I will challenge myself at planet fitness by trying 13% incline and 3.6 Miles Per Hour.
