Daylight Savings Time

 On March 8 our clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight Savings Time. I'll need to help set the clocks back in the house. This Means we'll be losing an hour of sleep.

To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour later. This'll help me feel better rested. I'll go to bed on Saturday Night at 11:00 P.M.

The positive part about Daylight Savings is we're one day closer to the first day of spring. We'll slowly gain sunlight each day.
